Whether it's the development of a completely new plant or major modifications to it: projects in the field of production automation are invariably significant, large and complex. Especially then it's of upmost importance to keep good grip on the project. This is the main task of our projectmanagers.

The basic rules of project management are following concepts such as progress monitoring, focus on time, money and quality planning, (project) organization, communication and information management structure. All true. But what it really important is the project outcome and thus the satisfaction of the client. That is how the project managers, specifically with the customer, are engaged. Where we not only focus on the successful completion of a project, but also lay the foundation for the subsequent period.

We work in teams. In the project we bring different skills together "we call it multiskilling" capable to handle the entire project. How different they are, they all use the same working method. So they understand each other when it comes to detail and project plans, progress reports, monitoring progress, Factory Acceptance Tests and Site Acception Test. But most of all they ensure that they understand our customer.
